Attorneys
Jessica Jensen
With over 35 years of experience as an attorney and paralegal, Jess is knowledgeable in more than just one narrow aspect of the law. Her practice focuses on business, real estate, land use, estate planning, and probate because these areas so often intersect. She also assists clients with business succession planning, buying or selling a business, and business dissolutions. Her family law practice is limited to matters where both parties are committed to resolving their financial and parenting issues out of court.
Nicholas Milner
Nicholas A. Milner consults with clients on estate planning, business, and real estate transaction matters. Nick understands that these three areas of practice are often intertwined and takes a holistic approach to address clients’ individual needs. He advises clients on business formations, contracts, and employment issues. He counsels clients on end of life planning, with a particular focus on individuals with special needs.
Lisa Wood
Prior to joining Cap City Law, Lisa interned in both civil and criminal law settings, and is barred with the Tulalip Tribal Court where she participated in tribal public defense.
Katherine Wecker
Prior to attending law school, Katie worked in small businesses and start-ups in customer service and purchasing and procurement. Her experience in business inspired her to attend law school and has proven helpful in her focus on business law and litigation.
