Bringing over 13 years of experience to the firm, Aryn Hardin focuses her practice on real estate, land use, and business law. She counsels clients on all real estate and land use matters, including boundary line disputes, water rights, homeowner associations, planned unit developments, and drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements, covenants, contracts, and easements. She also forms new business entities for her clients. Having worked in the trenches searching titles in courthouses in the Atlanta area, clearing titles, drafting legal descriptions and other real estate closing documents, and closing residential and commercial real estate matters in Georgia, Aryn brings a unique knowledge of real estate and title to the firm.
Aryn practiced law in Atlanta, Georgia for 13 years focusing on residential and commercial real estate closings, wills, trusts, and estates, and business law. She has a B.A. in East Asian Studies from the University of Georgia, where she graduated magna cum laude with honors. Aryn received her J.D. from Washington University in St. Louis in 2000. She joined the Georgia Bar in 2001, and practiced in Atlanta until October 2013 when she moved with her husband and two children to Olympia, Washington. Aryn became a member of the Washington State Bar in January 2014, but then stayed home to take care of her two young children until she joined the firm in September 2018.
Outside of the office, Aryn enjoys spending time with her husband and two young children. She loves going to the many parks and playgrounds in the Olympia area with her children, and enjoying family time hiking and camping in the Pacific Northwest. Aryn enjoys working in her garden and yard, and teaching her children to appreciate sports and the outdoors. While her family is her focus at this point, Aryn loves to run, bike, hike, swim, watch movies, and read a good book.
