Nicholas A. Milner consults with clients on estate planning, business, and real estate transaction matters.
Nick understands that these three areas of practice are often intertwined and takes a holistic approach to address clients’ individual needs. He advises clients on business formations, contracts, buy-sell transactions, and employment issues. He counsels clients on end of life planning, with a particular focus on individuals with special needs.
Nick earned his J.D. at Seattle University School of Law in 2013 after acquiring a Bachelor’s in English at California Polytechnic State University. After practicing in virtual law firm in Spokane for a while, Nick joined the firm in 2015 and became a shareholder and President of Jensen Milner│Cap City Law PS in 2018. He expects to begin working towards his LLM in tax in 2020 so that he can better meet the needs of the firm’s business and estate planning clients.
If Nick’s not in the office, you can bet he’s spending time with his pups. Having lived in France for a year and spending several months in South America, Nick loves traveling and is counting down the days until his next big adventure – Southeast Asia. Don’t let that lead you to believe he doesn’t appreciate his home in the Pacific Northwest. Nick enjoys local hiking, camping, clamming, crabbing, and mushroom foraging. He looks forward to Arts Walk every year and supports the community through active participation with nonprofits, including serving on the Board of Directors of Harlequin Theater.
