Sabina Ambartsumyan brings her knowledge and warmth when practicing in the areas of Probate, Family Law, and Real Estate, understanding that real legal problems involve real human beings.
Licensed to practice since 2010, Sabina worked in insurance and with private law firms before opening her own general law practice in Bellevue, Washington in 2015. Her practice areas included Real Estate, Estate Planning, Immigration, Family Law and Bankruptcy. Eager to concentrate on more specific areas of practice in a small, collaborative environment, she chose to join the team at Cap City Law PS in 2019.
Sabina received her B.A. in English from the University of Washington and her J.D. from Seattle University. Sabina is a member of the Washington State Bar Association.
Sabina has dedicated many Pro Bono hours to low-income, immigration matters. She volunteers at the Thurston Volunteer Legal Clinic and is looking for other opportunities to contribute to her new community.
While fluent in English, Sabina’s first language is Russian. Sabina stays busy exploring her new Olympia community. She loves live music, comedy clubs, and outings with friends and family. She particularly loves play dates with her nieces and nephew! When not in the office, you can find Sabina killing trivia at a local meet-up.
