Marissa Stewart
Associate Attorney
Marissa is an Associate Attorney who enjoys working on real estate transactions, property disputes, and general civil litigation. Marissa graduated from the University of Idaho College of Law in May 2024. During law school, Marissa served as secretary for the Student Bar Association and as a member of the Veteran Law Association, where she assisted in a wills clinic serving veterans. She also participated in the University of Idaho College of Law’s annual McNichols Moot Court competition and later, trial advocacy. Before clerking for Cap City Law, Marissa interned at a public defense/family law firm, gaining valuable client experience. In her free time, Marissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their two dogs, going to comedy shows, traveling, and staying active.
