Background
Olivia joined Cap City Law as an Associate Attorney in 2023 and became a Partner in January 2025. Olivia’s primary areas of practice are business law, employment law, contracts, construction/contractor matters, and consumer protection. Her experience encompasses both transactional matters and litigation. Olivia has experience in trial, arbitration, mediation, and negotiating out-of-court settlements for her clients.
Olivia received a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy and History from Washington State University, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2020. She went on to receive her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law in May 2023. Olivia is an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus, Washington Women Lawyers Capitol Chapter, and the Thurston County Bar Association.
